Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 Days of purchase. Madison PhotoPlus reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. You will need your original sales receipt, as well as all boxes, packing material, cords, cables, caps, batteries as originally packaged with warranty cards blank and intact - missing items or items showing any sign of use will be subject to a restocking charge. A 10% fee may be assessed on returns not meeting these requirements if accepted for return. There will be no fee assessed if item(s) are exchanged or returned for store credit. We are unable to accept returns for the following

• Items that show use, wear or damage
• Software - exchanged only if defective
• Special Orders
• Sensitized goods (Film, Darkroom Paper, Chemicals)
• Non-rechargeable batteries - exchanged only if defective
• Gift Cards
• Shipping Charges (unless the error is ours)

How we make Refunds Credit card refunds can only be made to the original card number used. Checks refunds will be mailed no later than 10 days after the return. Cash refunds will be made up to $100, for amounts in excess of $100 a check refund will be mailed no later than 10 days after the return.
